- Mana Resourcing was formed in 2002 out of frustration by the lack of service levels offered in the UK recruitment industry.
- We offer permanent, temporary, contract, or temp to perm staff for your business throughout the UK and react very quickly to customers’ needs.
- We specialise in Sales, IT, Engineering and Commercial staff and pride ourselves on understanding the detail of your requirement so we can search correctly for you.
- If required, we can offer a 100% discreet service, so candidates will not be aware of the company they are applying for until they are invited to interview by you.
What is in it for you?
- We save you time and money by finding the right candidate, fast. We will search beyond your expectations and endeavour to find you the highest calibre of candidate based entirely on YOUR NEEDS.
- We will find out what you need in an ideal candidate, not only qualifications and experience, but the type of person you require. All people are different and all companies are different. In order to find that match we need to know precisely what to search for.
- If you decide to use our services we will advertise your vacancy on all the major jobsites across the UK, and advertise in specialist publications if required. We will then search on our extensive database of registered candidates.
- We will NOT just send you CVs. We will interview all potential candidates and assess their suitability for the role. If they are not suitable we will NOT send their details to you. If they are suitable you will receive a full profile on the candidate together with their CV.
- We arrange all interviews, reference checks and even psychometric tests if you wish (link). All you have to do is say Yes or No.

- A profile gives you a complete word picture on the candidate.
- This will contain their background and their CV explained fully.
- It will also contain their suitability for the role, including relevant courses, qualifications, and experience, as well as their communication skills and general demeanour. If there are any concerns regarding their application, they will also be raised.
- Finally the profile contains logistics which will include their location, driving status, including any driving convictions, and their notice period.
- We provide a highly professional service and strive to find you the best quality candidates. We do not charge a fee on permanent placements, until the candidate has been placed, and then there is a rebate period if things don’t work out.
- We are members of the REC and TEAM, and are fully compliant with their Terms and Conditions.
